Has to be a BBQ! With my summer songs playing in the background!
A nice salad:- Potato salad, coleslaw, ice berg lettuce, tomatoes, raw onions
A bacon beef burger with Thousand Island Sauce, onions and onion rings
Potato wedges done on the grill
Rhubarb pie and vanilla ice cream
all washed down with a glass of Coca Cola with ice!
As DH usually takes over the BBQ cooking it gives me a night off from cooking so I love it even more, lol!!!
These pics are the closest I could get to what I was describing!

Rhubarb pie sounds delicious, we always made rhubarb cobbler when I was a kid. The Potato wedges, burger and donuts do too. Just too hungry I guess. LOL

OMG Helena, I could shoot you (well, no, not really) but how DARE you show me this delicious food! I'm in a very 'non cooking' mode atm and could reach into my screen and munch the lovely salad and the pie especially.
